About Me

Hey there! I’m Hannah Esther and I’m a mom and follower of Jesus Christ, I’m a Florida-based blogger. I’m passionate about the mind, behavior and why we do what we do. What inspires and how we function in situations, what we make things mean and how to shift our perspective. How to reflect on possible false beliefs we have retained in early development from our family of origin that has impacted our life’s journey. How we can heal and love every version of ourselves and grow with the alignment we seek to have in our life.

I have a love for history and psychology and for Gods creation in all aspects, mind, body and soul. I am a woman and so I primarily love to empower women in their true identity in Christ and I have found a passion in helping women of all walks of life. I have a special focus with women who have experienced traumatic events in their life and are in a place they never thought would happen. Life isn’t seeming to play out as we expected or anticipated and we need some divine intervention to help us realign ourselves in order to move forward with confidence and gentleness toward ourselves.

I have a page dedicated to women who are facing unexpected situation such as betrayal, manipulation, projection, sexual immorality, shame, guilt, gaslighting, triangulation and the view that we are responsible for others feelings and behaviors and many more things called Mommy Help.

There is a plethora of resources and practical information and definitions for things you have likely encountered, but haven’t had language to make it make sense.

I also provide resources to build confidence in every facet of your journey. I want to help you find your voice and feel confident in designing your life with the alignment that is true to your core values and principles.

A paradigm shift is necessary to unburden ourselves and live in truth. If you are interested in an initial consultation to see if we would be a good fit, please reach out to me! This is your life and I’m here to support you!
