Busy Busy Busy

“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭46:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Sometimes we can think we know what’s best. Using God as our excuse to execute our will on others and in and around us. Saying, “is this Gods plan for your life?” When you have an ulterior motive as to that plan not happening. Maybe it infringes on what you want to do, or maybe you have convinced yourself that it just wouldn’t be good for them and you benefit from it too. Either way, if you are not 100% sure that your intentions are aligned with God, then you have no business giving out spiritual advice to anyone. Now that being said, don’t take my word for it. You should always take it to Jesus, anything you’ve been told or something you’ve read.

The Bible tells us to test the spirits. “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Stop being so busy and be still.

Sometimes we get so caught up in things we forget that we too need to stop and pray and listen.

We need to allow God to be God. Stop trying to be the fixer and stop getting in Gods way. If God is going to work in someone’s life, you can rest assured that it will happen and we have to be still. We sow and we reap, we will reap what we sow. If we sow charity without a pure heart, what do you think you will reap?

Don’t be of a contrary spirit.

If we try your intentions in the fire, will it show to be of the spirit of God or will it show that you have something to gain and you’re using God to manipulate others. Don’t be that person.

You diminish the power of God, when you assume the role of God.

The Bible says, “For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I pray that you will search our hearts Lord and that we will be still and know that you are God.

May God Bless you in healing and shed His Grace on your life! With Love – Hannah
