By their fruits you will know them. A self deprecator, a self-saboteur who likes to sabotage others, someone who is the greatest victim of all, a victim of everything and everyone.
It’s been a really powerful experience to unlearn the limiting beliefs of God and who I am in Christ.
You are your own person, separate and whole from them and their thoughts or feelings. You do not owe anyone an explanation nor do you owe anyone your time or energy.
Disregard for your intrinsic worth as a person is the highest form of devaluation!
